I am now back in-network with TriWest but am still having trouble getting addresses and payments correct. Due to this I am temporarily not taking new TriWest patients. Hopefully the issues will be corrected, and I can return to accepting TriWest.
If you have VA coverage you must get a referral for Community Care through your PCP or VA medical center. I cannot file a claim with the VA without a prior authorization number.
